Shipping Policy
At Pulteney Bridge Flowers, we understand the importance of timely and careful delivery of your fresh floral arrangements. We are committed to ensuring your flowers arrive in beautiful condition, ready to brighten any occasion.
Delivery Areas:
- We currently offer delivery within "Bath and surrounding areas,"
- Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Days & Times:
- Our delivery days are 7 days a week
- Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate
- For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 15:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Delivery Charges:
- Central Bath (3 miles) – £6.50
- Bath Surrounding (up to 10 miles) – £8.50
Delivery Process:
- We will send a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Our delivery driver will attempt to hand-deliver the flowers to the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses or recipient unavailability.
- For deliveries to hospitals, offices, or other large buildings, please provide specific delivery instructions.
Flower Care:
- To ensure your flowers stay fresh, please follow the care instructions provided with your delivery.
- We are not responsible for flowers that wilt due to improper care.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- If your flowers arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
